During a routine inspection
We found that individual treatment plans were in place to make sure patients were receiving the care they needed. Patients told us they felt involved in their care and their wishes were respected.
The equipment at the clinic was well maintained and records showed that appropriate safety checks had taken place to ensure the safety of patients who used it and staff who operated it.
We found that staff had the right skills, knowledge and training to be able to treat patients appropriately. Clinical staff were registered with the appropriate professional body and we saw evidence that they maintained their professional development.
The provider had processes and procedures in place to monitor the quality of service provision.
