During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us that the thought the service was very good and very efficient. They said that they received all the information about the procedure through the post before their appointment. They said the information told them everything they needed to know about what was going to happen.
People told us that the staff were very supportive and that they felt confident in their abilities and knowledge. They said that they felt at ease and safe.
We found that there were enough staff with the necessary qualifications, knowledge and skills to undertake the endoscopy procedure safely and effectively.
We found that people were given the opportunity to voice their opinions about the service being provided. The provider had systems in place to check that everything used at the service was safe and working correctly.
