During a routine inspection
People had treatment that was planned and delivered following a full assessment. Staff took steps to ensure people's safety and welfare by obtaining and reviewing details of their health histories, allergies and current medications.
People were treated in a clean and hygienic environment and staff followed government guidance to protect people from the risk and spread of infection.
People were treated by staff that were qualified in their field and registered with the appropriate professional body. Staff told us they enjoyed working in the service and felt well supported to do a good job.
The service had a complaints procedure available for patients. There were no complaints recorded at the time of our visit.
