During a routine inspection
One relative said, 'This is a really good home.' Another relative said 'Staff really care.'
We found people's needs were assessed and care was planned in line with their needs. The records were person centred, this means written in a way that describes how a person would want their needs to be met and focused on them as individuals.
Relatives told us they felt included in the care arrangements and decisions.
We found that the people who were using the service were protected from abuse as the provider had procedures in place for the staff to follow if they suspected anyone was at risk of abuse.
The provider had systems to check the quality and safety of the service.
There had been no complaints about the service in the past year and procedures were in place to obtain people's views.
