This assessment took place between 11 and 18 September 2024. This assessment was undertaken to ensure the provider had addressed the shortfalls identified at the last inspection. The service had made improvements. Caring Partnership is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care services to people in their own homes. We looked at 15 quality statements in the 5 key questions. There were appropriate auditing systems in place to monitor the service and to provide oversight for the management team. Staff were supported by the management team and had regular spot checks, one-to-one supervision and wellbeing meetings. Staff managed well risks to people’s care and their medicines. Care plans were developed and provided guidance to staff.
