During a routine inspection
People were complimentary about the service they received. One person told us; "My treatment was all set out for me, it was clear and gave me prices and options."
Both members staff and the dentist we spoke to were qualified and accredited by the General Dental Council (GDC). All staff also maintained a programme of continual professional development, which was a mandatory part of their accreditation to provide dental care.
We were shown a number of risk assessments and audits of various areas within the practice including; building maintenance, infection control, equipment, unexpected emergencies and Legionella.
We asked one person who was using the service about making a complaint, they said; "I have been coming here 15 years and have never had the need to make a complaint, if I did I would speak directly to the dentist."
