During this inspection we spoke with four members of staff, this included a manager from another of the provider's practices. The regular practice manager was on leave on the day of our inspection. We looked at the treatment records of six people and also looked at four sets of staff file. We also conducted telephone interviews with six people who use the service.We found that people had the information they needed to help them make choices about their treatment. One person told us, "Everything was explained properly and I was able to decide on the treatment".
People told us that they had no concerns about the care and treatment that they received. One person said, 'The service is excellent, I am very pleased with the treatment that I have had".
We found that people received care and treatment in a clean and hygienic environment. People that we spoke with had no concerns about the cleanliness of the environment. One person told us, "It's always very clean".
Recruitment processes had not been as thorough as they should have been to give assurance that only suitable staff had been employed.
We found that the provider had systems in place to monitor the quality of service that people received. People that we spoke with confirmed that the treatment they received was of good quality.
