During a routine inspection
People we spoke with confirmed the information recorded within their support and care plans and spoke to us about the care and support they received including the support they received from their keyworker. People told us they attended regular resident meetings and were confident to raise concerns and speak with staff.
Staff we spoke with and records we looked at showed staff had a good understanding of the needs of people and their role in providing support and had received the necessary training and ongoing support to promote people's health, welfare and safety.
Systems were in place which provided an opportunity for the provider to seek the views of people using the service and the staff employed. The provided regularly monitored the compliance of the service through regular audits which included visits to the service and made appropriate improvements where shortfalls had been identified.
