During a routine inspection
People told us that they were involved in developing their support plans and gave consent to their care and support. Each person had a support plan to make sure that all the support needs were met.
People said that they felt safe with the staff and there were systems to make sure that people were protected from abuse. People also had behavioural support plans and staff were trained to help them to manage their behaviour and to keep them safe.
Staff received supervision from a senior member of staff and they told us that they felt well supported. The staff had appropriate training to meet people's needs. The provider was considering how staff could obtain relevant qualifications.
We found that there were checks to make sure that the service was safe. We saw that there had been surveys so that people could give their views about the service. The provider planned to analyse these are and make improvements to the service based on the comments made. People told us that they were asked for their views.
