During a routine inspection
People we spoke with all told us they were very satisfied with the care and treatment they received. One person told us, 'The staff understand how I feel, and always let me know what's happening. I don't feel frightened to come here.' Another person told us, 'You can't fault them here. The treatment is spot on and I have no complaints.'
People told us that treatment could be arranged at a convenient time, and people told us they did not usually experience any lengthy delays. People using the service said they were fully involved in decisions about their treatments and the dentist was very good at explaining the treatment. People told us the dentists gave them information about the treatment options and the costs were explained. They told us they felt comfortable to ask questions about the treatments available if they wished to do so.
The staff said they worked together well as team and managed to discuss any issues that may have been raised during the working day. They said that they felt they were supported by the dentists and the practice manager and accessed training as they need to.
