Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care

Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The Registered Provider must ensure that the following areas are subject to audit on a monthly basis:
i. All service users care plans and risk assessments
ii. Body maps
iii. Medicine administration and competency
iv. Health monitoring charts, including but not limited to fluid and weight charts
v. Maintenance log
vi. Notifications to the Care Quality Commission
The Registered Provider must within 14 days of this condition taking effect review the security of the premises to ensure the safety of all service users who are at risk when leaving the premises without staff support: setting out action taken (or to be taken) as a result of the review.
The Registered Provider must within 14 days of this condition taking effect undertake fire drills with all service users to inform and review the evacuation point to ensure it is safe and attainable.
Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Boulevard House.
The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 15 service users at Boulevard House.
