During an inspection looking at part of the service
At this inspection we found improvements had been made and documentation in place to show infection control procedures were been followed in line with current guidance.

The patients we spoke with were happy with the care and treatment they received. One person told us; “They ask me if everything’s ok.”
The staff members we spoke with were able to give examples of what signs they would look for to indicate a person was a victim of abuse. We saw evidence staff had received training.
We found there were infection control issues in each of the surgeries. However, we received communication from the provider that these issues would be rectified shortly after our inspection.
The practice had a complaints procedure in place and had taken steps to ensure patients were aware of this process.
