During a routine inspection
People told us that the staff who visited them were good timekeepers, and they telephoned if they were going to be late. They said it was usually the same carers, and again said the agency told them in advance if a new member of staff was starting. People said they had confidence in the agency, and comments included: 'I don't know what I'd do without them', 'excellent', and 'the staff are well trained'.
People told us they were aware of their care packages, and we found the care provided met people's expectations and needs. People were protected from abuse, and the staff were supported by training and supervision.
Care documentation was of a high standard.
People were protected by the agencies recruitment procedures and systems for training and supporting staff.
