During a routine inspection
The three people who used the service told us they were "very happy" with the treatment they had received. They said that they had enough information about their treatment and that they could always ask for more information if they needed it.
People told us their treatment options had been explained to them. One person said they were "told what to expect and given advice".
People needs were assessed and treatment plans were agreed with them. One person said they were "very impressed and decided to register permanently" after receiving on the day urgent treatment. Another person told us "this is probably the best dentist I've ever had".
The premises were clean and tidy. The risk of cross infection was reduced because infection control procedures were in place and were followed.
Staff we spoke with were very positive and told us they were well supported. One told us the support they were given to do their job was "brilliant".
The provider had effective and adequate systems in place to monitor the quality of service that people received. The views of people who used the service were sought and what they said about the service was acted upon.
