People told us that they were very pleased with the support they received. They said the staff were, 'Very professional' and 'Courteous.' One person said the staff were, 'Marvellous, you could not get better people'. A relative told us how they had noticed a marked improvement in their parent since the care staff had been supporting them. They said their parent was, "Doing really well, looks better and is a lot brighter.'
The care staff told us they were well supported and received appropriate training and development to enable them to carry out their role. One said, 'My supervisor is brilliant."
The provider had procedures to review the support people received and assess the quality of the service. At the conclusion of the reablement period assessments were made of the effectiveness of the support provided and, where required, the person's longer term support needs.
