The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Weston Court.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 3 service users at Weston Court.

The registered provider must ensure that the period of occupancy of any service user accommodated at Weston Court does not exceed six weeks.
The registered provider will only extend a period of occupancy beyond six weeks in exceptional circumstances, when alternative accommodation is not in the service user’s best interests, and only with the prior written agreement of the Care Quality Commission.
