During a routine inspection
Patients' privacy, dignity and independence were respected. The dentist had consulted with patients about the treatment options available to them. This had helped them to make informed decisions about the treatment they received.
Patients said that they were satisfied with their dental care that had been provided. Records showed that dental treatment had been provided in a safe, reliable and responsive way.
There were arrangements to help safeguard vulnerable patients from abuse.
Patients were protected from the risk of infection because they received treatment in a clean and hygienic environment.
There were enough staff employed to ensure that patients could receive a prompt and reliable service.
Quality checks had been completed to ensure that patients consistently received safe treatment.
