During a routine inspection
People told us the provider had fully explained and "talked through" each stage of their treatments, to ensure they were involved in decisions and understood the processes that were involved. People told us that the provider listened to them and they had received "In depth" assessment of their needs and had been provided with pre and aftercare information, to ensure they understood potential risks.
One person told us they had "Great confidence" in the service, whilst another said the provider "Obviously know's what she is doing" and that this had put them at ease.
