During a routine inspection
People we spoke with were all happy with the service and confirmed their consent was given before any treatment. One person said, "Yes I was asked for my consent".
Records showed that people's care was planned and delivered as they wished. People told us that the treatment they received was good. One person said, "I am just taken back with the service and the aftercare provided".
Appropriate procedures and regular checks were in place to manage infection control.
The provider had a system in place to ensure only suitable staff were appointed and appropriately registered with the relevant professional body.
Staff had the appropriate support, training and development opportunities to ensure people were given safe treatment.
The provider had a complaints process in place to allow people to comment on the service they received.
