During a routine inspection
Information was available for staff to follow which ensured people's needs were met. People who used the service were happy with the level of car they received. Comments included, 'I get on really well with my key worker', 'The staff are marvellous' and 'The girls are really kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble.'
People who used the service were safeguarded from abuse. People told us they would speak to the manager of they had any concerns and they felt safe at the home. Family members also knew they could raise concerns and complaints with the manager or the provider.
The provider had recruitment procedures in place which ensured people were not exposed to staff who should not be working with vulnerable people.
