During a routine inspection
We found that people who used the service were provided with information about the treatments available.
Treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. People were complimentary about the treatment they received. They described the treatment as, 'excellent' and 'good.'
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. People told us that the practice was "spotless."
People were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff. One person told us, 'They know what they're doing. Patient care is top priority ' it's excellent.'
There was an effective system in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
