The last rating for this service was good (published 11 December 2019).
This assessment was carried out due concerns we received regarding safe handling of medicines, freedom to speak up, and effective care monitoring. As a result, we undertook an assessment to review 15 quality statements within safe, effective, responsive and well-led only.
The overall rating for the service has remained good based on the findings of this assessment. However, overall governance and quality monitoring requires further improvement to ensure care practices are effectively audited and monitored.
