During a routine inspection
Care and support records were comprehensive. Detailed information was recorded about the way people preferred to receive care and support. Risk assessments and management plans were in place.
Staff had received the training they required to do their jobs and meet people's individual needs. Staff felt supported by their managers.
There was effective assessment and monitoring of the quality of service provision. The provider carried out monthly audits and regularly spoke with people who used the service and their relatives.
