During a routine inspection
'I was very impressed by the service. I was looked after very well. The nurse I saw was very knowledgeable and took their time. They were very thorough'
'I was very happy with the service. It was quick. The treatment was clearly explained.'
'I got a very good service. The staff I saw were helpful and friendly. They listened to me.'
We found that patients were involved in the service provided to them. There was a clear system in place to ensure that the service was only provided to patients whose needs could be met. We found that the people who used the service were given information about their treatment and health care advice where needed.
There was an effective recruitment procedure which meant patients received care and treatment from staff who were suitable for their role. We found that there were systems in place to assess and monitor the quality of the service and to ensure good standards were maintained.
