During a routine inspection
People attending the clinic were treated with respect and had their dignity maintained. Patients who we spoke with told us the way they were treated by staff was "all very nice and pleasant" and "very nice. Treated well."
People were involved in discussion about their assessment. They were also involved in decision-making about the best treatment options for them. If any further treatment was required they were referred on, as no treatment was provided at this location.
People felt safe at this outpatient's clinic. Staff were aware of the procedures to follow should there be a safeguarding concern.
Clinical staff were appropriately supported and enabled to continue with their continual professional development (CPD).
If people had a complaint about the service at this location they were provided with information to enable them to do so.
