During a routine inspection
Comment cards we reviewed were mainly positive and contained comments such as, 'Very helpful nurse. I completely understand the contraception I am having,' and 'The people are helpful and friendly. Don't make you feel uncomfortable.' We saw that where negative comments were received such as the length of waiting times action had been taken to address this.
There were procedures in place to monitor the quality of service provided. Staff we spoke with displayed a knowledge of their local communityand were committed to providing a quality service.
