During a routine inspection
Each patient underwent a medical assessment prior to them receiving treatment. Their treatment was personalised to suit their needs and travel plans. Patient's care and treatment reflected relevant research and guidance. Staff had access to specialist health advice and current information on medication and the immunisation requirements for each country of travel.
Patients were treated in a clean and hygienic environment and infection control systems were in place. The provider ensured that medicines were managed and administered safely. Records were secure and confidential. They were kept in good order for the efficient management of the service.
