During a routine inspection
'Creative Support have been fine' and 'they always ask my opinion about everything.'
Staff were positive about working for the service. They were knowledgeable about each person they supported and knew their 'likes' and 'dislikes.'
We looked at a sample of quotes offering feedback from people being supported by the service. Overall comments from the service's use of questionnaires' were very positive and included comments such as:
'I have found support very helpful'; 'I feel I benefit from visits and chats'; 'everyone is 'polite and well mannered' and 'very happy.' Regular engagement and feedback offered ways for people using Creative Support-Liverpool to offer their opinions and helped influence the development of their service.
The local authority contracts team visited the service in January 2013 and overall found various positive points about the service. They also made some recommendations for improvement which the manager had completed.
