During a routine inspection
We spoke with one person using the service, who told us that they received, 'A personal service.' They told us that staff were, 'A lovely team.' We looked at records relating to three people's care and treatment and records relating to the management of the service. We looked at two staff training files.
We found that the provider had systems in place for preventing and managing infections. Systems were in place for supporting staff and assessing monitoring the quality of the service.
