Our view of the service
Date of assessment 26 March 2024 to 26 April 2024. The assessment was prompted in part by information shared with CQC which indicated potential concerns about the responsiveness of the service to meet people’s needs, the management of medicines and governance systems. This assessment examined those risks. The practice was fully supportive of the assessment. Improvements were required to strengthen their management of medicines and governance systems. We have asked the provider for an action plan in response to the concerns fond at this assessment.
