During a routine inspection
There were systems in place that enabled staff to respond appropriately when abuse occurred or patients were at risk of abuse. The provider protected patients against the risks associated with medicines because they had appropriate arrangements in place to manage medicines and monitored prescribing of medicines.
We spoke with four members of staff, the registered manager and medical director. The recruitment processes in place ensured patients were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that patients received.
