During a routine inspection
We spoke with the parent of the one child currently receiving a service from Coronation Drive and Scope Inclusion. They told us that, 'this is the best service we have had, been fantastic and we have both been fully involved in the process.'
People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
The Inclusion service has only recently been registered and at the time of our inspection only provided a service to one child for a few hours per week. Feedback on the quality of the service was therefore gathered on a continuous and on-going basis with direct feedback from the child and their family.
