During a routine inspection
The people we spoke with were positive about the way in which the ultrasound and other tests had been completed, and felt the standard of the service provided at Yorkshire Health Solutions was very good.
People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
Appropriate checks were undertaken before staff began work. There were effective recruitment and selection processes in place. We looked at the recruitment process for three members of staff.
Staff comments included, 'I enjoy my work, I love it, we work well as a team and I feel supported by (name of manager)" and "We get lots of support and training and I can ask to go on any development that I want."
People were made aware of the complaint's system. There were no complaints at the time of our inspection.
