During a routine inspection
The person told us their carers were very supportive and they were consulted about their care. Records showed that assessments had been carried out and care plans developed so their needs were met.
We found there were effective systems in place and the staff were aware of the procedure to follow should they witness bad practice to help protect people from abuse.
We found there were effective recruitment and selection processes in place so appropriate staff were employed to care for people who used the service.
We found the provider regularly assessed and monitored the quality of service that people receive. People felt their views were taken into account and the management were always open to suggestions.
