Lymington Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) is a GP led service that assesses and treats people who arrive with minor injuries or illnesses and/or refers them to more appropriate services. This announced assessment was undertaken between 11 and 12 June 2024. Lymington Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) is registered with the Care Quality Commission under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 to provide the following regulated activities; diagnostic and screening procedures and treatment of disease, disorder or injury. We carried out an on-site assessment on 12 June 2024. We assessed 12 quality statements under the key questions of Responsive and Well-led. During our assessment, we found the service was outstandingly Responsive and Well-led, details of which can be found in the evidence category findings.
