Date of assessment: 4 September to 4 October 2024. This assessment was in response to CQC receiving information of concern. People were supported to keep safe. People were involved in decisions about their care and treatment and were supported to ask questions and raise any concerns. Clear and effective governance systems were in place. The overall rating for the service remains Good.

People and their relatives were positive about the support they received; people felt safe. Relatives confirmed their loved one’s needs were met and they were kept informed of any changes. There were sufficient numbers of suitably recruited and trained staff. People were protected from the risk of abuse and risks to people had been assessed and reviewed on a regular basis. Information was appropriately shared with other health professionals to ensure people’s needs were met. The management team ensured that the views of people using the service, and their loved ones were sought to enable improvements to be made as required. Ongoing monitoring of the service was undertaken, to ensure areas for improvement were identified and action taken as needed.
