During a routine inspection
We spoke with a range of health and social care professionals who knew the service. They all told us they would recommend it and spoke highly of the manager and owner. A member from a local carers' support group told us of a specific instance where the owner went well over and above the call of duty to arrange support for someone at very short notice.
Staff we spoke with expressed high levels of satisfaction with their job and the support they received. One told us, 'I'm proud to work for Home Instead'. Another reported, 'I love this job, I've worked in quite a few different care agencies and this is the only one where you get the time you need to give people really good care'.
We found that the provider was compliant in all outcome areas we assessed. It was clear from all the people we spoke with and the evidence we assessed that this was a well-managed and reliable service run by caring staff who had been recruited safely to meet people's needs.
