Ree Enterprise UK Ltd is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care and support to older people and younger adults with physical disability, people living with dementia, people who experience drugs and alcohol dependency issues, autistic people or people with a learning disability, people with sensory impairment and people living with mental health issues. At the time of the assessment, the service was supporting 22 people with their personal care needs. This was our first assessment at Ree Enterprise UK Ltd. New services are assessed to check they are likely to be safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led when they register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We carried out our on-site assessment on 23 April 2024. This was an announced assessment. The provider was told an assessment was going to be starting 48 hours beforehand. Our offsite assessment was concluded on 3 June 2024. During this assessment we looked at all 34 quality statements and found areas of good practice. We found a stable well-led service.

People's experience of the service

People told us they received support from kind and capable staff. People, staff, and partners spoke highly of the care provided. People told us staff empowered them to make their own choices and supported them to maintain and regain their independence. People said they received support at their preferred time from staff who knew them well. People told us they felt confident in the management team and felt able to raise concerns when needed. People said staff respected their right to privacy and were understanding in their approach. Regular reviews ensured people received care which was aligned with their needs and wishes. There were effective working relationships with other professionals which improved the outcomes for people using the service.
