During a themed inspection looking at Learning Disability Services
A client told us about their role as chair of the weekly client's meeting. They said they talked about any issues clients may have. Clients told us they would talk to staff if they had any concerns. We saw examples of information produced in an easy read format using pictures, photographs and symbols. This included a complaints procedure.
An advocate said that they were entirely satisfied with the care given at Little House and by how all staff engaged with their clients. They said they were invited to attend meetings with clients and their relatives. One client told us they would be attending a meeting the following day to discuss plans for their future.

During an inspection looking at part of the service
We visited the trust's headquarters to assess the improvements and did not, on this occasion, speak with patients as part of the review so cannot report what they said.
