During a routine inspection
We found there was information available about all the services we looked at. All those who used the service told us they felt involved, well informed and able to decide on treatment. Patients were assessed for treatment and the records we looked at showed that this information, together with care and treatment, were clearly recorded.
Patients told us that they were pleased with the care and treatment provided and could access the clinic and the various services. One patient's comment about the service was that they, 'Couldn't fault it.' Another described, 'Two-way communication.'
The services we spoke with described close team working with good communication and support. All the services worked with a variety of other disciplines and agencies. We saw evidence of shared information. Staff demonstrated knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. Processes for reporting concerns were in place.
A variety of quality assurance processes were in place. We found evidence of changes in practice as a result of audits and quality improvement projects.
