During a routine inspection
We spoke with one carer who was very positive about the service provided at Mill Close. They said that the service was valued and that they were confident that staff would provide appropriate care and keep families informed. They also told us that the person they cared for enjoyed their respite visits and that they were relaxed. They described the service as very accessible and said that staff were always welcoming and flexible in the way they worked.
