We reviewed whether the service was providing evidence based care and treatment. Staff provided care in line with national guidance and ensured that clients had access to the evidence based treatments to meet their needs.

People using the service feedback showed they were receiving holistic packages of care with a choice of treatments guided by needs assessments.
The treatment were in line with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guidance as well as 'The orange book'.
Staff had access to a treament manual to help guide treament for clients.
