We reviewed the equity in experience and outcomes. Most of the people using the service told us that staff treated fairly and equally. Most reported that no-one was unfairly discriminated against. Risk management plans reflected the diverse needs of patients, and clearly showed pathways that were expected to be followed to facilitate successful discharge.

Most of the people using the service told us that staff treated fairly and equally. Most reported that no-one was unfairly discriminated against.

Staff told us they embraced diversity, and to ensure that no-one was unfairly discriminated against because of their race, gender, gender reassignment, age, disability, sexuality, social standing, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, marital or civil partnership status or because of responsibility for dependents.
