Our view of the service

Date of assessment 24 June 2024 to 23 July 2024. We looked at 19 quality statements in 5 key questions. The service had made improvements and is no longer in breach of regulations. We found staff were knowledgeable about keeping people safe and mitigating risk. The service had permanent and consistent agency staff who knew people well. Care plans were detailed and guided safe practice. People were involved in their care planning and were supported to have choice and control. We received very positive feedback from people’s relatives and professionals who visited the service. Management oversight had improved and there were new systems to monitor digital records, training and whole service audits. We have assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.
