Patients were involved in planning and making shared decisions about their care and treatment, so these were centred around them and their needs. They had the option of having their own copy of their care plan. However, some patients told us that there was not enough to do in the evenings and at weekends and managers had not ensured there were educational, voluntary work, or employment opportunities for patients at the time of the inspection.
