Our view of the service
Ballington House provides specialised rehabilitation for women aged 18 and over with mental health problems and those diagnosed with a personality disorder. It has 13 beds. We carried out an on-site assessment on the 20 March 2024 and asked for, and reviewed data related to the assessment. We had received concerns about the safety of patients, specifically about staffing and missed patient observations.
