Governance, management and sustainability
A structured governance framework was in place. Managers had oversight of the risks within the service and had put measures in place to make improvements. Senior leaders had supported the manager to put a comprehensive action plan in place to address concerns regarding missed observations. However, staff had not received regular supervision. Managers were aware and had put measures in place to address this.
Staff demonstrated that they understood their role and responsibilities. Managers accounted for the actions, behaviours and performance of staff.
