The service encouraged feedback from people about the quality of care and support. A member of staff told us, "I encourage customers to speak their minds freely and raise any concerns so I can improve my service to meet their needs which changes according to their health conditions." A family member said, “Love In Care are the only care agency I would leave my loved one with. The care was exemplary.” People confirmed they received planned, person-centred support which was appropriate and inclusive. People told us there were enough staff available to support them when they needed assistance. People and relatives told us the provider was quick to respond to concerns and was easily contactable. People and relatives told us the registered manager was approachable and flexible to their needs.

Staff tailored care, support and treatment provided in response to people’s wishes and expectations. Staff told us how they provided the same quality of care and support for everyone. One person told us, "I ensure to treat people equally regardless of their age, race, religion."

The registered manager understood the diverse health and care needs of people and their local communities. They provided joined-up care that was flexible and supported choice and continuity. They had identified there was a need for bespoke services for people in local communities and had intentionally built a diverse workforce of multi-lingual teams of carers to ensure that people could communicate and be understood effectively.
