The provider has processes in place to regularly monitor and promote good well-being of both staff and people using the service. This enabled them to quickly identify and act on any issues which may occur. New staff were supported by a buddy system to give them a specific person to guide them through beginning their new role.

Staff told us they felt supported and named people they would be happy to talk to or raise concerns with if needed. This included senior staff and management. Staff were aware the registered manager was currently off work and said they would go to the operations manager to discuss any issues if they arose. Staff also had supervision and meetings daily to hand over information and used these as an opportunity to discuss any minor concerns if appropriate.
