Caring
Partner agencies had identified areas of improvement in relation to documentation. Staff has not always responded to people’s needs quickly. Staff were observed to deliver care and support in a dignified and caring manner. People's diverse needs and experiences were equally respected. People were encouraged to express their views and make decisions about their care. People's privacy, dignity and independence were well respected and promoted.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
Staff were observed to treat people with dignity and respect. Staff knew people well and were able to effectively comfort them during times of distress. Staff delivered care in a calm manner and supported people at a suitable pace. Staff ensured that they interacted with people during delivering care and explained how they were going to support the person to make them feel safe.
Partner agencies shared they had identified some areas for improvement in relation to documentation which found staff had not always responded to people's needs quickly and efficiently. For example, continence care.
